Retexturing
-Simple : $5-$10 USD
-Complex/Heavily Detailed : $15-$35 USDClothing
-Full Pack : $10-$15 USD
-Added Details (Logos, Themes, etc) : Extra $5 USD (Total would be $15-$20 USD)Blender
-Clothes Fitting : $18 USD
-Varies on amount of Clothes, Accessories, Piercings, etc.
-Some may be completely denied due to skill comfort with the Avatar/Model base and Assets
-If I don’t own an asset, you may be required to purchase it for me as I will do my best to add it onto the Avatar/ModelPhotoshoot
-My FBT setup includes Quest 2, Quest 2 controllers ( via using Index Gestures added on Unity Projects ), and Vive Trackers 3.0 ( 1 Hip Tracker and 2x Feet Trackers )

Terms of Service Agreement :
-Commissions may vary on the price you are willing to pay up front before I start working on it (Please see Commission Prices)
-Please provide reference sheets/photos, tattoo designs, and more. It will help me in the process of making the result better than expected
-Regardless of Paid or Free Commissions, if Client (You) does not check in with the Commissioner (Me) within a set time period through Discord, Twitter, VRChat, etc. I will most likely forget about it along with being put On Hold if nothing is discussed further through communication
-Let me work at my own pace/time as I do have a full-time job working night shifts at a warehouse (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM PST / Sunday - Thursday), I sometimes stream on Twitch, and I’m trying to take care of my mental/physical health.
-By any means, DO NOT RUSH ME it will heighten a negative reaction affecting the quality of the art work I am able to do. Deadlines will be automatically declined.
-I will not provide avatar uploads via Unity 2022.3.22f1
-Fixes/Revisions will result in $10 each. Meaning if You asked Me before I start the project or after we moved on from a WIP stage becoming “completed”, I will start charging for every edit/fix/modification being requested.
-My time in between offline/real life is limited due to my full-time job and health. Keep in mind THIS IS SIDE-WORK AND ONE OF MY HOBBIES!! I DO NOT DO COMMISSION WORK FULL-TIME.
-Don’t forget to credit me when I have completed your commission on your model.
1. Requirements for Retexture/Blender (Accessories/Clothes Fittings) Commissions
a. Reference sheet or Design sheet of what is wanted
b. Asset/Model Verification
i. I will require proof of purchase via receipt/verification in applicable server(s)
ii. One or Both verifications may be required based on the asset/model
iii. If you do not own the asset/model, we will end the commission discussion there. You may attempt to reach out again once you own the asset/model.
iii. If I do not own the asset/model, you may gift me the asset/model for a reduced commission cost (this may vary and may be turned down)
2. Pricing
a. Pricing is determined on overall complexity, we will discuss total pricing at this point (PLEASE CHECK COMMISSION PRICES!!)
b. Once a price is settled the Commission will be added to the Trello for tracking WIPs
c. Discounts are given to those that are regulars meaning clients who have commissioned me multiple times.
3. Payments
a. Payments may be through CashApp, Paypal, Stripe, Venmo, or Wise
4. WIPS and Updates
a. You, the client, will receive message updates. You are allowed to make minor adjustments as needed.
b. Tattoos added to model
i. Tattoos will require you to specify what the design is as well as placement.
1. Be clear with placement. I.e.: Left Arm on Top, Center Back, Right Peck
5. Communication
a. Communication is very important for getting the best results.
b. You may receive messages for clarification on accessories/clothes fitting or textures to give a better understanding of the desired results
c. Do not give me whole life stories that has nothing to do with the commission project
d. If you demand or harass for updates after I already provided information including a link to my Trello which includes my TOS. I have the right to immediately blacklist you meaning, you cannot commission me ever again
6. Possible Delays
a. If there are any delays, you will be informed timely. This is one of my hobbies and side-work. I do have a full time job as well as content creation. I’m mainly taking care of my mental/physical health
7. Commercial use (Content Creation/Streaming)
a. Please credit me as the texture creator in your streams by linking my carrd
8. AI, AI training, NFT usage
a. You may NOT use textures created by me with AI, for AI training, and/or NFT creation.
b. AI work produced referencing my texture is prohibited and will result in a fine greater than equal to the original cost of the commission.
9. Avatars/Models I will not retexture and fit accessories/clothes for the sake of similarities meaning same base, low to half assed modifications/edits/kitbash : Nebula the Foxigen, Celeste Dragon, and Calypso Shark
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
a. If I need to cancel at any point in time because of labour intensive projects, I have the rights to. It may occur due to full explanations of my situation being given towards you.
b. Not started : 100% | In Progress : 50% | Completed : 0%
c. Do not refund if you are not satisfied with the final product even if it has been fixed/revisioned several times.
11. Completed Agreement
a. Client (You) must be 25+
b. Once you fully read everything word for word- Agreement is upon first payment. Not first communications/interactions and in between discussions.
c. For further confirmation, I will then give you questionnaires about my terms of service. After verification through questionnaires, payment prices are discussed and we will go from there.
